Last week, the French students got tasked to become a weather forecaster! This task involved choosing a city in France and forecasting the city’s weather for the week. This gave the French students the opportunity to showcase their learning of expressing the weather in French, and roleplay as a weather forecaster! This task also allowed the French students to polish their pronunciation skills as pronunciation is a key aspect when it comes to learning a new language (otherwise others might think we are speaking gibberish). The students showcased their learning in creative manners, through google slides presentation and visuals. As simple and fun the task might sound, it is an effective method in helping students perfect their pronunciation skills and gain more knowledge regarding appropriate vocabularies and sentences
